Events:

September & October - We are working on our Breast Cancer Awareness activities. We are gathering names of women and men to honor and will be posting those on posters in the cafeteria. Along with that, we are selling t-shirts and donating the money raised on Oct 3/4 from the volleyball concession stand to a local teacher who is fighting cancer. 

For Nov., Student Council will be purchasing Thanksgiving meals for families in need in Peaster.  Dec. - Student Council plans on organizing a student/teacher volleyball tournament. UPDATES: 09/29/22 The High School Student council is currently working on a poster project we put up in the high school cafeteria today honoring those who have lost their lives, currently fighting, and those who have overcome their diagnosis. In addition to this, we are selling pinkout shirts where all proceeds will go to a Parker County teacher and her family who is currently fighting the disease. Volleyball will be donating a night of concession sales to this cause as well.  Here are some of my kids with the posters they made.
